Frequently asked
How do I start a workout?
Open the app to Quick Start, pick your focus, the equipment you have, and how much time you've got. Rackd hands you a workout matched to your level — tap it, then Start Workout. You can also tap Repeat last workout to redo your previous one, or Surprise me for a random pick.
What's Rackd Life Pro?
Rackd Life Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full app. You can manage or cancel it any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the current period.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
I was charged but don't have Pro
First try Restore Purchases from the paywall. If that doesn't resolve it, email support@rackdlife.com with the date of the charge and the Apple ID email you used, and we'll sort it out.
How do I change my level or equipment?
Your default level is the badge in the top corner of Quick Start — tap it to change. Equipment and other preferences live under Profile.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, workout history, custom workouts, and friend connections. If you'd rather we handle it, email support@rackdlife.com from the address tied to your account.
How do friends and kudos work?
Share your friend code (or enter a friend's) under Friends. Once connected, you'll see each other's completed workouts and can send kudos. Revoking a connection stops future activity from being shared.
Something not working?
If the app crashes, a workout won't save, or something looks wrong, email us at support@rackdlife.com with:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15) and iOS version
- What you were doing when it happened
- A screenshot or screen recording if you have one
